However, the rest of the population should not simply go with this fad if they do not have any specific issue. Gluten is contained in numerous foods and it can be almost impossible to truly follow a gluten-free diet these days. Keeping all these factors in mind, it should be stated that those with no gluten problems should stick to normal products without blindly following a fad or trend.
